The Case
Mavros Larnaca is a well-established family-run retail business (founded in 1985) offering toys, sports gear, clothing, shoes and outdoor equipment across Cyprus.
Their goal in the digital-project was to transform their physical store heritage into an online shopping experience that reflects their breadth of products, brand trust and local market leadership; while enabling quick purchase, intuitive navigation, and timely delivery across Cyprus.
The challenge: effectively present a large variety of product categories (toys, sports, baby, clothing) in a clean, unified UI; support strong brand partnerships; and deliver a seamless user experience that meets modern e-commerce expectations for both parent & athlete audiences.
Our Approach
To address these needs we developed the site with the following key focus areas:
- Stock Control Integration with Powersoft 365 — real-time sync between in-store and online inventory.
- Mobile and Desktop Responsive — optimized experience across all devices.
- Mega Menu — clear, structured navigation for easy product discovery.
- Product Labels — dynamic tags for new arrivals, discounts, and exclusives.
- E-commerce Marketing Tactics — pop-ups, notifications, free shipping bars, and live visitor counts.
- Brand Adapted — design reflects Mavros’ trusted and modern retail identity.
- Gift Finder — helps users quickly find the perfect gift by category or interest.
- Gift Card — offers flexible digital or physical gifting options.
- Special Offers — highlights limited-time deals and promotions.
